Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The house has three upstairs bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. However, the front bedroom and the back studio/living room can also be used as a bedroom, as both have doors, giving the house the potential of four bedrooms.
The upstairs bedrooms are different sizes - there is a large master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a mid-sized bedroom facing the back of the house, and a smaller 8x10 bedroom facing the side of the house. All bedrooms have good sized closets. The two smaller bedrooms have access to a half-bathroom upstairs.

Bathrooms - Pink is master bath, then pictures of the upstairs half-bath, then pictures of the downstairs bath with a standing shower and washer/dryer. The downstairs bathroom is in the rear addition, and if you wanted to turn that addition into a studio apartment, the bathroom would be part of it.
